Mr. Jacob Segal, Principal of Investors Research Group (IRG) is an active investor/advisor to Southern California based companies with sales in the $ 3- 20 million dollar range. His investment experience includes transactions with companies in the airport concessions business, financial service marketing, wire and cable manufacturing, radio programming distribution,medical devices and bakery equipment. Mr. Segal is and has been an investor in Creative Host Services, Thaya Communications, Suede AM Pack, American Equity Trust and Rhythm Radio. Additionally, Mr. Segal participated in the acquisition, management and disposition of over $200 million in real estate investments including apartment buildings, shopping centers and office buildings. Mr. Segal received his Bachelorâ??s in economics and statistics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and his MBA from UCLA.

Dr. Drillings graduated from New York Chiropractic College and studied Physical Education and Exercise Physiology at C.W. Post College in long Island University. In 1998, Dr. Drillings established two vocational schools for Integrative Medicine and the A2Z Health Wellness Centers in southern California. Dr. Drillings founded The American Israeli Medical Association (AIMA) bringing together investors,p rofessional firms, executives, medical doctors, and academics to share ideas, expand networks between Israel and the United States, and share their knowledge about the current trends in the biotechnology and medical industry. In addition, he serves as the West Coast delegate for Israel Medical Association – USA Chapter.
Dr. Drillings is a regular participant at international conference related to medical tourism and biotechnology innovations. He organizes conferences related to the health industry and medical innovations from Israael.

David Gardner has more than 45 years experience practising as an international lawyer in England and California and now as an Advocate in Israel. He specializes in U.S Immigration and Naturalization law with the Law Offices of David B Gardner in Los Angeles (www.americanimmigrationlaw.com). He also practices as a Senior Lawyer with Kan- Tor & Acco in Ramat Gan Israel, focusing on corporate Immigration to the United States, complex visa issues and private client immigration to Israel including Aliyah. He oversees pre-immigration tax and estate planning, trusts, real estate and related relocation services. David has organized numerous programs dedicated to promoting business in and with Israel. He is a co-founder and continuing member of the Executive Board of the Southern California Israel Chamber of Commerce. He is the founder and Chair of the Pacific Southwest Israel Business Council facilitating Israel economic education in Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii,Utah and Wyoming. He is a past president of Congregation Bnai David Judea in Los Angeles and was awarded the honor of Cavalierri for legal services to the Italian Government.
